OK, someday I will lead a normal life again, able to cook more than I am right now...but in case you are wondering what I ate the rest of the day...ta da...:
Breakfast recap-oatmeal
Lunch-hummus and veggies
Snack-smoked almonds and dried fruit
Dinner-baked potato with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic, and a cup of apple sauce and cinnamon
